The official PlayStation description identifies the two appearances as Deluxe extras. These are the concrete differences to weigh against the $10 US price increase. No extra campaign, physical artbook, statue, or boxed soundtrack is established by this digital contents list.
Preorder bonuses are a separate category
Both Standard and Digital Deluxe preorders offer the early unlock of Treasure Basin and Legacy. Treasure Basin increases the Remnant Dust drop rate by 10%. The preorder items can also be obtained through in-game progression.
That means they are not a reason to assume Standard is missing the full campaign, and they are not proof of an earlier launch for Deluxe. Early unlock describes access to those items, rather than early access to the game.
Choose the edition for its listed contents
Standard is the direct option if you want the full game and do not need the Deluxe appearances or digital media. Choose Digital Deluxe if those specific extras justify the local price difference for you.
Check your region and final checkout contents before paying. A separately marketed physical or collector package would need its own contents list; the word Deluxe by itself does not promise a disc.
