The digital Phantom Blade Zero pre order bonus gives early access to the Treasure Basin accessory and the Legacy outfit. Both can also be obtained through in-game progression. The offer is an early unlock of these items, not a statement that players who buy later can never earn them.
The two early-unlock rewards

Both rewards can also be obtained through in-game progression.
Treasure Basin’s listed effect concerns the drop rate of Remnant Dust. It does not establish a 10% increase to every resource, all experience gains, or all rewards. No additional combat-stat effect is confirmed for the Legacy outfit.
Pre-order rewards and Deluxe contents
The early-unlock offer is listed separately from Digital Deluxe contents. The Deluxe package adds the Wulin Legend and Blood-Steel Form outfits, a digital artbook, and the digital soundtrack.
You do not need to treat those Deluxe extras as part of the two-item pre-order bonus. Check the edition contents shown at checkout so an outfit in a Deluxe promotional image does not become confused with the Legacy early unlock.
Deciding whether the bonus matters
If you prefer to wait for final reviews, the announced progression route for Treasure Basin and Legacy remains relevant: the pre-order offer is not their only stated way into the game.
The current offer does not state that the bonus grants early access to the full game. Do not read the words “early unlock” as permission to start playing before the release time; they refer to the two rewards.
